Mary Ann Humble Case reminiscences, 1867-1951.

"Highlights in the Life of Mary Ann Humble Case," unpublished memoirs (completed in 1951) of a Mormon blacksmith's daughter of Mt. Emmons, Utah. Mrs. Case, who married a farmer and homesteader, tells of their efforts to settle in various places in Utah, her loneliness when her husband was away, her encounter with Indians, the births of eight of her nine children "... without benefit of doctor or midwife...", her work in the Mormon Church, and her visit to the Salt Lake Temple.
